Donation Drives

In the Neighborhood Connection store, we have a number of items that we refer to as “evergreens” and “perennials.” These are the items that we try to have available either on an ongoing or seasonal basis for our client families because they are needed regularly. To ensure that we have an adequate quantity on hand, we hold donation drives throughout the year. Some of these are organized by businesses or organizations while others are held by Neighborhood Connection.

If you are considering a donation of newly purchased items for our store, looking to see what we are focused on collecting each month is a great way to select what to give. Items can be dropped off at our location during open hours or in our donation bin in the lobby of the Waunakee Police Department. Community drop-off sites are also noted for specific drives.
