Case Management

When you register to become a client, our client and volunteer services manager will conduct an intake interview so that we can know more about your current situation as well as your hopes and dreams for the future. We’ll then let you know about the programs and resources we can provide that will best meet your needs. In addition to our core programs, we can also offer special services through our network of skilled volunteers such as individual financial counseling and assistance with career development.

For services you may need beyond what we can provide, Neighborhood Connection has a wealth of resource partners throughout the community, county, and state that can help. Our staff provide all registered clients a packet that includes a list of our current resource partners and we notify clients of  new opportunities through the year.  We can also provide referrals and help you to contact the organizations that will be most helpful to you.

To confidentially discuss your unique needs or circumstances, please schedule an appointment by contacting us at wncteam@waunakeenc.org or (608)849-5740.
